Inspiration: For several years I’ve wondered what it would be like for a boy to decide to transition at a young age and become a beautiful woman whose sex or gender no one would suspect. While browsing the Fetlife website, I met several stunning trans women. I even have friends who are trans. So, Andreanne is a tribute to all these beautiful women who have managed to overcome taboos. And honestly, they make me fantasize! I put myself in the shoes of the neighbor character, and while writing this story, I wondered if I would let myself go like that, and the answer is more yes than no.

Inspiration: Alice’s name comes directly from the Sisters of Mercy song. Her look was inspired by the character Barbara, played by Erin Richards in the series *Gotham*. Since Barbara wears leather gloves in certain episodes, she served as the perfect inspiration for creating a character for my stories. However, I wanted to give Alice a gentler, more reserved personality so she could temper Astrid’s fiery nature. The surname Martin is one of the most common in France, so Alice Martin became more anonymous, blending into the crowd without bearing resemblance to anyone in particular.

Inspiration: Agathe was originally intended to be a stepmother who catches her stepson rummaging through her lingerie and wearing it to masturbate. She was meant to teach him a lesson by unleashing her dominant side. While writing Hilda’s story for Volume 2 of The Manor, Agathe evolved into Edward’s godmother and Maeva’s lover. I retained the punishment and dominatrix elements but adapted them to the series’ atmosphere. Agathe is a product of my own imagination and fantasies; any resemblance to real-life characters or personalities is purely coincidental. The surname Hoffmann is quite common in Germany, but the inspiration comes from Wolf Hoffmann, guitarist and leader of the band Accept.
